Indian Health Center of Santa Clara Valley
TBI has been working as a construction manager for the Indian Health Center of the Santa Clara County. A new front facade will welcome patrons into a remodeled lobby waiting area. The project consists of a 1,000 square foot addition and 9,000 square feet of renovations to offices, lab and restrooms. TBI has helped manage the money for the project that was granted to IHC from CDBG / HUDD funding. The Indian Health Center is a nonprofit, community health clinic, that provides medical, dental and counseling services to American Indian and low income families.

Bank of America - Various Projects
As a preferred contractor of Bank of America, TBI Construction has completed a number of upgrade and rennovation projects at B of A branches around the Bay Area. Presently, TBI is engaged in flooring project for branches in Albany, Antioch, Merced, Pinole and San Leandro and a roofing project for a branch in Berkeley.
