Morgan Hill Civic Center Library
A new 28,000 square foot library, to be sited west of City Hall, is in the planning stages. It will replace the current library which was built in 1973 and was designed to serve a population of 8,000.

St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church
The congregation of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in San Jose is close to realizing a dream that began with a long-term expansion and renovation plan in 2000. This latest project, a multi-purpose Community Hall, represents Phase 3 of the plan that has included remodeling of existing structures and new buildings on the Church property at 1260 Davis St. in San Jose.
