TBI Promotes Scott Holland, Mike Paye to Project Manager San Jose, CA 2/2/06 TBI Construction & Construction Management, Inc., a leading general contractor in the greater South Bay/Silicon Valley area, announced the recent promotion of Scott Holland and Mike Paye to Project Manager. Scott Holland, who joined TBI in 2001, possesses a strong background in school construction and has worked on a wide variety of projects in four major Bay Area school districts. Most recently, Scott was involved with the $9 million Events Center project for Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University and attended the U.S. Naval Academy. Prior to joining TBI, Scott worked for BFGC Architects Planners, Inc. Mike Paye joined TBI in 2004 and is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Engineer-in-Training.
