| |  Breene Kerr, Energy Project Director | |
Prior to becoming Director of TBI Energy’s team, Breene Kerr provided strategic
planning, marketing, PR and sales consulting for a wide variety of clean tech companies
and sustainable projects. He has worked with established and emerging solar
companies in marketing and process design roles. He has extensive contacts in
California state and local politics and broad familiarity with utility rebate programs and
energy regulations. Kerr is a graduate Mechanical Engineer, a Green Building
Professional, Green Point Rater, and is also the Mayor of Los Altos Hills, California. |

| |  Ben Petty, VP TBI Construction Mgmt. | |
Since joining TBI in 2001, Ben Petty has managed over $100 million dollars of construction projects in Santa Clara County. He has headed major construction management projects for the San Jose, Milpitas, Morgan Hill and Campbell School District. In 2005, Ben was project manager for the first LEED certified public school building in California. A graduate of Santa Clara University in Civil Engineering, he is a also a LEED Accredited Professional. |

| |  Kristen Sinnott, TBI Project Engineer | |
Kristen Sinnott is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, is a LEED Accredited professional and is currently seeking her Construction Management Certificate from San Jose State. She has worked on a number of multi-million dollar new buildings and retrofits as a project engineer, including major projects for the San Jose and Campbell School Districts. |

Tony Mirenda began his career in construction in 1982 after graduating with a Civil Engineering Degree from Santa Clara University. Notable recent projects include the Portola Valley Town Hall, a LEED Platinum project named one of the ten most important sustainable buildings in America in 2009. A California PE and general contractor, Mirenda is Co-Chair of San Jose’s Development Review Committee. |
